About The Position
A facility near El Paso, TX is seeking a Medical Surgical Nurse Manager to join their inpatient services team! This is a full-time, permanent position with a day schedule, Monday-Friday. The Medical Surgical Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Med/Surg or Inpatient Services department, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with regulatory standards. This role also involves leading and developing nursing staff through performance management, staffing oversight, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve organizational goals and positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
- RN license with the ability to practice in NM
- 3 or more years of Medical Surgical experience
- At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience
Responsibilities
