Medical Surgical (Med Surg) Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
We’re hiring a Med-Surg RN in Fort Walton Beach, Florida who wants stability, strong earning potential, and career growth within a respected acute care hospital system. You’ll step into a 28-bed private Medical-Surgical unit inside a 267-bed hospital, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll focus on comprehensive bedside nursing, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Both day and night shifts are available. You’ll practice in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, a Gulf Coast community known for beautiful white-sand beaches, waterfront living, and a strong military and healthcare presence.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- At least one year of RN experience
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Manage time effectively in a 1:6 ratio environment
- Educate patients clearly and confidently
- Collaborate well with interdisciplinary teams
- Open to working days or nights
