Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC) is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Administrative Support – Medical Staff Office (MSO) professional to support provider credentialing, privileging, peer review, and medical staff operations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining compliance and ensuring seamless coordination with providers, leadership, and internal departments. This position may be performed fully remote or on-site, depending on organizational needs and candidate suitability. Base Compensation Range: $18.00 - $27.83 hourly, based on years of relevant experience. "Relevant experience" means relevant to the employee's responsibilities set forth in the job description as determined by the HR Manager, CAO, applicable department manager/director and applicable senior leader.
