Requirements
- Excellent Computer Skills to Include Microsoft Office Applications
- Previous Experience in Office Setting
- Excellent Organization, Written and Verbal Communication, And Customer Service Skills.

- Experience in Echo credentialing database
Responsibilities
- Responsible for data entry and maintaining provider information in online credentialing database and system (Echo).
- Responsible for prime source verification of State license, DEA and Board Certification.
- Responsible for completing provider initial and recredentialing applications.
- Responsible for monitoring application progress and following up with providers.
- Responsible for maintaining copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and any other required credentialing documents for all providers.
- Tracking state license, DEA, and board certification expirations for all providers.
- Utilizes strong research skills to gather pertinent information regarding providers.
