About The Position

Under general supervision, the Medical Staff Associate evaluates donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures and provides limited emergency medical care to donors and staff, including administering medication or treatments within their licensure or certification. The role interviews donors, reviews medical histories, and obtains information needed to determine plasma-donation suitability. In conjunction with the Center Medical Director, the associate responds to medically related questions and advises staff about donor suitability.
