Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
• Walk patients to the appropriate treatment or consultation area
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out processes
• Provide light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and inviting reception area
• Educate patients on the difference between a medical spa and a day spa, ensuring they understand our specialized services
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient questions
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations
