Requirements

  • 1–2 years of medical spa experience required, including familiarity with cosmetic injectables and advanced laser treatments
  • At least one year of experience in a spa, hotel, salon, or high-end hospitality environment in a management capacity, preferably with high-volume booking and spa software
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while driving accountability
  • Natural ability to inspire, motivate, and foster a positive, high-energy team culture
  • Sales and education-driven, with a talent for cross-booking, upgrading, and growing both revenue and team performance
  • Exceptional, high-touch customer service skills with the ability to resolve concerns, navigate challenges, and build lasting client relationships
  • Professional, polished communication skills with strong interpersonal awareness
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail; able to think on your feet and manage competing priorities
  • Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding key performance indicators
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Drive
  • Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality; available to work weekends and some holidays
  • Passion for excellence with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
  • Brand ambassador who embodies warmth, professionalism, and a can-do attitude
  • Spa industry knowledge with a genuine interest in wellness
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Willingness to commit to a consistent schedule for at least one year

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Zenoti and Slack is a plus
  • College degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive, accountable culture
  • Deliver and uphold an exceptional, high-touch guest experience at every stage of the journey
  • Drive sales performance through education, coaching, and daily business oversight
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling optimization, inventory, ordering, and facility maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and elevated spa environment aligned with brand standards
  • Resolve guest and employee concerns with professionalism, urgency, and care
  • Monitor business performance, KPIs, and revenue goals; proactively address gaps
  • Collaborate with leadership on reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
  • Support events, promotions, and programs that drive guest retention and growth
  • Confidently educate guests on services, amenities, and home care to elevate their experience and optimize bookings
  • Oversee daily operations including inventory, ordering, and facility maintenance coordination
