About The Position

Conducts general screening and diagnostic Mammography and/or Bone Densitometry imaging studies of patients, within scope of demonstrated competency under the direction of a qualified physician. This includes positioning of the patient for correct anatomy/pathology demonstration, operation of radiation-producing equipment, operation of electronic radiology systems, preparation of patient room/equipment/medications, and maintaining adequate supply inventory. Explains the examination and procedure to the patient and completes departmental documentation. Will consider registry-eligible graduates, who must be registered within 180 days of hire. Must be ARRT (M) within 1 year of hire.

Requirements

ALD Radiologic Science Certification/Licensure
ARRT
ARRT (M) within 1 year of hire
Registered within 180 days of hire (for registry-eligible graduates)

Responsibilities
