About The Position

Performs professional level social work in areas such as: assessing patient needs and coordinating a safe, comprehensive discharge plan which may involve emotional support to the patient, the family or significant others. Requirements

Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
One (1) year of professional level social work experience in a social service agency or hospital setting; or an internship or field work related to the profession
Valid State of Nevada License as a Social Worker
Three (3) years of Acute care experience as a Social Worker

Nice To Haves

Previous recent documented practicum under the Social Services department
Documented Graduation within the past year; 5/1/25 to present
