About The Position
This is a full-time, hybrid position at UW Health N. Bell School Rd. Clinic. The Medical Scribe will work Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, either 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:30pm. No weekends or holidays are required for this role. Additional compensation may be available for evening, night, and weekend shifts, as well as overtime and on-call pay.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Education in medical secretarial, medical transcription, and/or graduate of accredited school or Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or diploma Medical Assistant program. In lieu of degree/diploma at least 3 years of experience in medical setting/field.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of professional experience in a clinic setting.
- Experience with EMR.
- National Certification.
