The MSL is responsible for scientifically engaging, collaborating and aligning with a broad range of external stakeholders to address identified patient needs and ultimately improve the practice of medicine for better patient access and outcomes. MSLs leverage the right evidence at the right time during their scientific engagements and identify medical intelligence and opportunities that impact and inform medical scientific communication and collaboration, science data generation plans, launch excellence roadmap, patient journey and medical strategy. MSLs also contribute to innovative partnerships and implement relevant disease area strategies. They act as a strategic scientific partner, and collaborate with other field colleagues (e.g., commercial, market access, HEOR, clinical research colleagues) supporting healthcare systems in order to strengthen and improve patient access and outcomes. MSLs have a highly developed expertise in the role and therapeutic area and expect to undertake an enhanced level of responsibility. The ideal candidate will be based in either of these regions OH, IN, IL, WI, MN, or KY.
