About The Position

Embark on a rewarding journey with Kamada Inc. and unleash your full potential. Join our growing team as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for the Western U.S. territory. As an MSL, you will engage in scientific exchange with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), researchers, and healthcare professionals (HCPs), while contributing to knowledge generation and providing clinical education. Reporting to the Director of U.S. Medical Affairs, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to advance Kamada's U.S. initiatives in alignment with our global vision. For optimal access to major airports within the territory, the ideal candidate will reside in the Phoenix area. Kamada Inc. is a vertically integrated global biopharmaceutical company with a diverse portfolio of FDA-approved products and additional registered products outside the U.S. We distribute directly and through partners in more than 30 countries and are supported by strong manufacturing, regulatory, and development capabilities. Headquartered in Rehovot, Israel, Kamada has been advancing specialty plasma-derived therapeutics since 1990 and continues to build a robust development pipeline, including late-stage clinical programs. In the U.S., Kamada Plasma has a 25-year history that began in Beaumont and now includes collection centers in Houston and San Antonio, all FDA licensed and certified by PPTA and CLIA. We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of MSL for the Western U.S. territory. This field-based position requires established scientific and personal credibility to build trust with thought leaders and academic centers of excellence. The MSL plays a critical role in engaging KOLs, identifying clinical opportunities, and serving as a key conduit of scientific information between Kamada and the medical community. This full-time exempt position is salaried with an expected travel frequency of ~60%.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP, or BSN).
  • 5–10 years of diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or medical experience, (preference for solid organ transplantation expertise, with consideration given to cardiology or nephrology experience).
  • Demonstrated success educating HCPs and communicating clinical data in diverse healthcare settings.
  • Experience managing large geographies and target accounts with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to foster engagement with KOLs, HCPs, and hospital stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience training and educating peers and medical personnel.

  • An established and active network within the transplant or HCP community is not required but is a highly attractive plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs to strengthen Kamada's scientific reputation and identify clinical opportunities.
  • Provide balanced, up-to-date scientific education to HCPs, investigators, payors, and formulary committees.
  • Collaborate with investigators and research partners on data generation and communication initiatives, including investigator-initiated studies.
  • Attend scientific and medical meetings to remain current on therapeutic advancements and competitive landscapes.
  • Capture and relay medical insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and development.
