About The Position

Medical Scheduler - Hybrid Call Center Environment On-site Training | Remote Role | Inbound Call Handling We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support patient care through accurate and efficient appointment scheduling and documentation. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth experience for patients and care teams while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Strong customer service mindset with a patient-first approach
  • Adaptability and willingness to assist across departments as needed
  • High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and respond professionally in fast-paced situations
  • Empathy and compassion when working with patients and team members

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Follow and reinforce all established policies and procedures related to case scheduling
  • Communicate clear and timely information for each scheduled appointment
  • Audit and complete electronic patient and case documentation within required timeframes
  • Manage multiple tasks under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, colleagues, and leadership on a daily basis
