About The Position

Central Coast Home Health and Hospice is seeking a full-time Scheduler to join their Home Health team in the San Luis Obispo office. This role is crucial in coordinating visits between clinicians and patients to ensure timely, efficient, and uninterrupted care, directly supporting the organization's mission. The position requires managing multiple phone lines, responding to inquiries efficiently, and maintaining organization and professionalism in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Requirements

• Current RN or LVN license, or Medical Assistant Certification required
• Previous healthcare experience or medical office preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems and scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
