About The Position

Lumexa Imaging is a leading provider of outpatient medical imaging with a significant presence across multiple states. The Diagnostic Imaging Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets within their assigned territory by engaging with specialty physicians and their staff. The role involves promoting Lumexa's services, medical equipment, technology, and AI software, with a primary focus on increasing referral volume to American Health Imaging centers. Success in this role requires strong selling skills, strategic business planning, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate job-related experience required.
  • 2 years of direct outside sales experience preferably in a healthcare related field.
  • Proven success using selling skills to influence and generate results.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and willingness to accept coaching.
  • Basic competencies in working with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Advanced level degree and/or sales-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote Lumexa imaging's MRI, CT, and Ultrasound services.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the outpatient radiology industry, its services, and the local competition within a specific market.
  • Development of weekly call routing plans and quarterly business plans.
  • Leverage the Lumexa CRM system (Salesforce) and business intelligence tools to inform targeting and resource allocation.
  • Execution of Lumexa marketing strategy.
  • Management of monthly promotional budget and marketing collateral.
  • Partner with the operations team at Touchstone Medical Imaging to ensure customer satisfaction and inform regional sales strategies.
  • Understand and uphold all corporate compliance policies.
