Our team in Spain, based in Barcelona, is a trusted partner in the hospital sector, offering a diversified portfolio that includes oncology, antiviral, antiinfective, antihypertensive, antithrombotic, and immunosuppressive drugs. This is an exciting time to join an established, enthusiastic, experienced, innovative, growing team with a robust pipeline and expected to deliver multiple successful commercial product launches in the next 5 years. Dr. Reddy’s is seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative – Oncology & Diabetes line, based in the Catalunia area. You will be responsible for promoting Dr Reddy’s portfolio to physicians within the fields of Oncology and Diabetes. This role requires a deep understanding of Oncology & Diabetes products, their benefits, and their applications in treating patients. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with the specialists in the target area, ensuring they are well-informed about the latest advancements and benefits of biosimilar products and be aware of the specificities of the products in Dr Reddy’s portfolio.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the fields of Oncology or Diabetology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Spain.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (e.g., PhD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Promote biosimilar products to Oncologists, Diabetologists, and other physicians in the target area.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to physicians.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in scope.
  • Provide ongoing support and information to physicians in scope regarding products in scope.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the fields of Oncology and Diabetology.
  • Provide regular reports on promotion activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  • Educate physicians on the benefits and proper use of products in scope.
  • Provide scientific and technical information to support the safe and effective use of products in scope.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials and programs for physicians.
  • Ensure all activities comply with local, national, and international regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
