About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Medical Safety Project Coordinator at MiniMed. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner in a fast paced, complex environment—coordinating projects, managing priorities with precision, and ensuring seamless day to day operations for the Medical Safety team. You’ll leverage digital tools and AI to streamline workflows, elevate standards, and deliver measurable efficiency gains in a highly regulated healthcare setting.

Requirements

High School Diploma
6+ years of progressive project coordination experience

Nice To Haves

Understanding of Diabetes as a disease state
Appreciation for chronic disease model of care
Experience with supporting patients with long term care needs
Versatile learner, able to quickly and effectively integrate new information and skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy; able to work independently with general supervision; accountable for outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
Gathers and compiles information for reports.
Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
