About The Position

This role is responsible for providing first aid and treating work-related injuries. The Medical Safety Coordinator will also perform daily inspections to ensure safety compliance, maintain medical records with confidentiality, and conduct drug and hearing tests. Additionally, this position involves conducting monthly safety meetings and performing other relevant duties.

Requirements

• EMT LICENSE REQUIRED
• CPR and Basic First Aid Certified required.
• Safety experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and treat all work-related injuries.
• Perform daily inspections ensuring safety compliance.
• Complete and maintain medical records with the utmost confidentiality.
• Conduct drug testing for post-offer employment testing, schedule hearing tests, and provide random screening as needed.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Perform all other relevant duties to the job.
