About The Position

NOW Courier is seeking a reliable Independent Contractor for a Dedicated Route in the Indianapolis and Carmel areas. This route involves high-priority hospital exchanges for CHN, requiring a driver who is exceptionally detail-oriented regarding timing and schedule adherence. As an Independent Contractor, you are the face of our delivery operations, ensuring that critical medical items reach their destinations exactly when needed.

Requirements

• Own a SUV or Minivan (2013 or newer) suitable for delivery and capable of passing a multi-point inspection.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a smartphone capable of running the driver app.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Maintain commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• Successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment process, including a driving history review (past 36 months), criminal background check, and drug screening.

• Follow a specific sequence of 32 stops across two loops, ensuring every exchange is completed correctly.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure vehicle suitability for delivery.
