About The Position

Noble Diagnostics Inc., a leading Third-Party Administrator of Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs, is looking for a motivated individual to work in the Medical Review Department. The candidate should have experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment, have excellent time management and organizational skills, and have above-average abilities in utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Access, etc.) and a computer network. The candidate should also be able to receive direction from multiple sources, work well independently, and prioritize workload. We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual with exceptional initiative to work in a great office environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an office setting and team-orientated environment.
  • At least two years of Data Entry and/or Customer Service experience.
  • Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute on a standard computer keyboard.
  • Professional phone experience.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Medical Review Officer (MRO) in processing and reporting drug and alcohol test results.
  • Contacting laboratories and collection sites to address testing and collection issues that arise.
  • Assisting clients in tracking down and obtaining their drug and alcohol test results.
  • Printing, completing, scanning, and filing documents related to drug and alcohol tests.
