As a Medical Representative, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and establishing Santen's portfolio as a preferred choice within the healthcare sector. Your role will involve achieving sales targets, enhancing product positioning, and cultivating enduring relationships with healthcare professionals, thereby influencing perception, trust, and value. This is a field-based position.

Requirements

At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Strong knowledge of the Malaysian healthcare system and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
Proactive and customer-focused, with strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
Comfortable using digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, PowerBI, Outlook and Excel.
Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience in Ophthalmology is preferred.
