The Front Office Level 1-Medical Records Specialist plays a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate patient medical records within a healthcare setting. The specialist serves as the initial point of contact for medical records inquiries, facilitating communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process requests for medical records in accordance with legal and organizational policies.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems and physical filing systems.
