Requirements
- Active KY LPN Nurse License
- 2-4 years of recordkeeping experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
- Familiarity with resident records and recordkeeping protocol
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing medical records for completeness.
- Assembles medical records into a standard order.
- Responsible for filing records in designated areas according to Sayre Christian Village’s applicable alphabetic and numeric filing system
- Ensure that patients’ initial medical charts are complete.
- Ensure all medical charts are completed and properly identified and signed.
- Responsible for store discharges and shredding discharges as needed.
- Responsible for monitoring HIPPA compliance.
