The Pines at Placerville is seeking a passionate, self-motivated Medical Records Director to join our supportive and collaborative skilled nursing team on a full-time interim/temporary basis. This role is ideal for an organized professional who takes pride in accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork—and is looking for room to grow. The Medical Records Director oversees the management, accuracy, and security of resident medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, state, federal, and facility regulations. This role partners closely with clinical and administrative teams to support timely documentation, survey readiness, and the overall integrity of health information within our skilled nursing facility.
