In the Program Administration Records Coordinator role, you will contribute to the company’s commitment to serve others by compiling, verifying, typing, and filing individual records.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of general office experience
  • Good computer and phone skills
  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
  • Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • experience in medical records preferred
  • Experience scheduling appointments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain files and individual records by updating and filing data upon receipt of information
  • Initiate records for new individuals served and create a computer index
  • Assist in copying and distribution of record information per policy
  • Maintain supply of forms, including packet preparation
  • Review clinical documentation prepared by program staff to ensure that timecard and clinical documentation coincide
  • Ensure accuracy of all data
