The Medical Records Clerk maintains offender health records, retrieves health records for scheduled appointments, files offender health data, and initiates records for new or transferred intakes. They review health records for completeness, file records as required, and prepare reports as needed. This is a Per Diem position requiring 16 hours per month (2x per month) with 8-hour shifts on days.
