Requirements

Customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

Medical receptionist or healthcare office experience
Front desk or administrative experience
Sales, outreach, or business development experience
Experience with scheduling software or electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
Driver's License

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and compassion
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Verify patient information and maintain accurate electronic records
Process payments and complete administrative paperwork
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Provide exceptional customer service to every patient
Build and maintain relationships with local dispensaries and community organizations
Represent Green Health Docs at networking events and community outreach opportunities
Protect confidential patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
