Part-time Medical Receptionist - Belvidere and Stanhope, NJ
About The Position
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Part-time Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations. The ideal candidate will maintain a friendly, professional attitude, offer a “white glove” experience, and guide new patients through their intake process. This role also involves collecting urine and saliva samples for drug screens, maintaining daily financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, and providing clerical and logistical support. The position requires overseeing patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
- Lived Addiction experience is a plus
Responsibilities
