Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous medical reception or healthcare experience
- Experience with scheduling or insurance verification.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every patient with professionalism, warmth, and a smile.
- Answer incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments that support each therapist's Plan of Care.
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations.
- Collect patient information and assist with registration.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient front office.
- Communicate effectively with therapists and teammates throughout the day.
- Assist wherever needed to help the clinic run smoothly.
