Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for patients entering the clinic and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential in supporting patients, physicians, staff, and members of the public. Key responsibilities include managing incoming telephone calls, greeting and checking in patients, scheduling and coordinating appointments, responding to general inquiries, and providing administrative support to support the efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic.
