Requirements

• Friendly, positive, organized, motivated and a team player
• Ability to work M-F in a growing, fast paced environment
• Ability to work opening shifts as early as 7:45am or closing shifts as late as 5:30pm
• Required to fill in at other locations for the purposes of PTO coverage, Staff Trainings, etc. (Buda, Dripping Springs, Manor)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments for multiple locations & doctors
• Knowledge of insurance policy types and authorizations
• Pleasantly greets all patients and visitors
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Enters patient demographics, charges and payments with much attention to detail and accuracy
• Verifying insurance Eligibility and Benefits
• Managing Referrals and Referral Authorizations
• Knowledge and Management of Pre-Certifications
• Confirming Appointments
• Executing Recalls
• Upkeep of reception and waiting area
• Office Supply Ordering
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Required to travel to other locations (Austin Buda, or Manor) as required
• Fast learner
• Other duties as assigned
