About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our East Patchogue office location. In this role, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help, scheduling appointments, assisting incoming patients, verifying insurance coverage, entering patient demographics, and pulling and filing medical charts. You will also assist the office manager and physicians as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Epic experience is a plus
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments
