Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2yrs of current experience of front desk or receptionist experience in a healthcare setting
Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of Google Suite.
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
Valid US work authorization.

Nice To Haves

Some college coursework.
Multilingual skills (Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other local community languages).
Experience in EMR, specifically Epic

Responsibilities

Warmly greet patients and guests; manage check-in procedures and assist with required intake forms.
Collect co-pays, update patient records in the EMR platform, and manage fax and mail distribution.
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, take accurate messages, and schedule or reschedule appointments in the EMR system.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Welcome and Community Room areas.
Occasionally float to other regional centers as needed, along with performing other duties as assigned.
