About The Position
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations. The ideal candidate will maintain a friendly, professional attitude, offer a “white glove” experience, and guide new patients through their intake process. This role also involves collecting samples for drug screens, maintaining financial records, coordinating with medical staff, and providing clerical support. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to treating patients with opioid use disorder through evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and improving access to care across the U.S.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
- Lived Addiction experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Check in patients
- Receive payments

- Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process
- Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
- Maintain daily financial records and reports
- Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes
- Provide clerical and logistical support
- Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities
