Supports delivery of patient care by providing clerical and receptionist services to patients, families, visitors, staff, physicians, departments that support patient care, and all other customers of a Patient Care Unit with regular guidance. Facilitates efficient workflow, supports appropriate use of technology, and fosters effective communication. This position works a rotation as follows: Week 1: Wednesday, Week 2: Monday and Tuesday, then repeat. All Employees (Night shift & PRN included) are required to attend hospital orientation during regular daytime hours during the first week of employment.
