About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist in LaGrange, GA. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. The ideal candidate will maintain a friendly, professional attitude, offer a “white glove” experience, and provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities also include collecting urine and saliva samples for drug screens, maintaining daily financial records and reports, coordinating with medical and clinical staff for intakes, providing clerical and logistical support, and overseeing patient accounts and financial responsibilities. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, aiming to help patients start their path to recovery and save lives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus

Responsibilities
