About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, manage daily operations, and support patients in their recovery journey. Since 2005, Crossroads has been a leader in treating opioid use disorder, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). The company operates outpatient clinics across multiple states and is dedicated to improving access to treatment and helping individuals achieve long-term recovery. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive and supportive environment for patients.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients and receiving payments.
Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and offer a "white glove" experience.
Guide new patients through their intake process.
Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
Maintain daily financial records and reports.
Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to arrange intakes.
Provide clerical and logistical support.
Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
