Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Windows-based, and Google Suites based programs.
• Working knowledge of multi-line phones.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient reception.
• Coordinate essential administrative tasks.
• Leverage technology for seamless operations.
• Guide diverse patient populations, ensuring they feel at ease and understand their care instructions.
• Maintain departmental deposit logs.
• Prepare routine schedules and reports.
• Maintain provider schedules.
• Ensure a positive customer service atmosphere and interactions in reception areas.
• Oversee the waiting area.
• Answer the telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner.
• Coordinate patient movement.
• Report problems or irregularities.
