About The Position

We are searching for a receptionist to join our team at our Idaho Street clinic! Purpose The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations. Schedule - Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm. Requirements

• High School/GED
• 2 or more years customer service experience required
• immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment. Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• previous medical office experience preferred
• previous call center experience preferred
• Certified Medical Interpreter, preferred.
