About The Position

This position performs a variety of specialized diagnostic technical procedures utilizing radiation equipment for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology. Specialty disciplines include Mammography, Angiography (IR), and Computerized Tomography (CT).
Requirements
- Twenty-four (24) months previous experience as a Medical Radiation Technologist
- Medical Radiologic Technology Advanced diploma
- College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Professionals of Saskatchewan
- Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
- Mammography training/certificate, as required
- Computerized Tomography training/certificate, as required
- Angiography training/certificate, as required
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic - Computer skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Registered with College of Medical Radiation & Imaging Professionals of SK
- Registered with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
- Certified by Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
- Valid driver's license, where required
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of specialized diagnostic technical procedures utilizing radiation equipment for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology.
- Works in specialty disciplines including Mammography, Angiography (IR), and Computerized Tomography (CT).
