About The Position

This part-time temporary Medical Radiation Technologist - Specialty position is located at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, within the Computed Tomography department. The role involves performing a variety of specialized diagnostic technical procedures utilizing radiation equipment for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology, with specialty disciplines including Mammography, Angiography (IR), and Computerized Tomography (CT).

Requirements

• Twenty-four (24) months previous experience as a Medical Radiation Technologist
• Medical Radiologic Technology Advanced diploma
• Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (license/registration)
• College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Professionals of Saskatchewan (license/registration)
• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Basic - Computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Registered with College of Medical Radiation & Imaging Professionals of SK
• Valid driver's license, where required
• Registered with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
• Certified by Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
• Applicants must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position
• Required to bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search
