As a non-profit organization operating 8 Federally-Qualified Health Centers and one school-based health center, First Choice is a vital community resource. FCCH is a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to improving the health, life skills, and well-being of all community members. Promoting wellness among teams is a priority, leading to better patient outcomes and satisfaction. They serve over 50,000 patients and provide primary care for individuals and families. Requirements
- Physicians (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics)
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care for individuals and families.
