About The Position

Interior Alaska Medical Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center and Christian nonprofit organization, is seeking a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for full-scope rural primary care in Delta Junction, Alaska. Serving the Interior Alaska region, the clinic provides comprehensive primary care to all patients regardless of their ability to pay. This role offers the opportunity to practice with significant clinical autonomy in a community that relies on your expertise. The position is open to full-time, part-time, short-term, and permanent arrangements.

Requirements

• Licensed as an MD, DO, NP, or PA in Alaska, or eligible for Alaska licensure
• Graduate of an accredited medical, NP, or PA program
• Comfortable with clinical independence in a rural setting
• Commitment to serving underserved populations
• Alignment with our Christian organizational mission

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across family medicine, pediatrics, women's health, and urgent care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Practice with meaningful clinical autonomy in a community that depends on your presence
• Maintain current licensure, certifications, and EMR documentation (Athena)
