About The Position

Aesthetemed Beauty and Wellness Clinic is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its aesthetic medicine team. This is an on-site role at 2100 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Suite 100, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009.

The provider will deliver advanced cosmetic treatments, including dermal fillers and botulinum toxin injections, while providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The role supports patients in pursuing their aesthetic goals safely and provides a positive experience from consultation through follow-up. It combines clinical excellence with artistry in aesthetic medicine within a supportive, growth-oriented setting.

Requirements

• Current Florida licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Proven experience administering botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser services, sclerotherapy, PRP, and related aesthetic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to aesthetic procedures.
• Sales experience.
• Excellent patient assessment skills and the ability to educate patients effectively about treatment options and safety considerations.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in aesthetics or relevant specialty areas such as dermatology or plastic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with precision and care, within the licensed scope of practice.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, skin analysis, and individualized treatment planning.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and safety protocols to support informed decisions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and high standards of infection control and aseptic technique.
• Collaborate with the team on patient care strategies, participate in clinical research projects related to aesthetic treatments, and stay current on industry advancements.
• Manage patient follow-ups, address concerns promptly, and provide ongoing support.
