About The Position
Nurse Triage position working as a part of a team to care for patients in the Pulmonology clinic in Grand Rapids. Nurses are responsible for phone triage, patient education, assistance with prior authorizations, and medication refills. This role involves a variety of shared responsibilities in a busy practice, utilizing nursing assessment skills and clinical protocol guidelines in a decision-making capacity to provide timely and efficient patient care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program
- Associate degree in nursing required
- Licensed in the State of Michigan
- 1 years of experience as an RN required
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire
- Specialty credentialing preferred according to clinical nursing practice specialty area preferred
