About The Position

Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records. This role is within the Pulmonary and Sleep specialty and is located at 150 Taylor Station Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43213. The office hours are Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. A hybrid work arrangement may be possible after training, typically within 6 months to 1 year.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Basic computer skills required
One to two years of medical office experience preferred
Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
