As the first point of contact for our patients, our call operators play a vital role in creating a positive experience from the very first hello. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Operator to manage incoming calls for our medical practice. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support patients with warmth and clarity.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer applications

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a medical office or call center preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
• Provide general information about the practice, services, and policies
• Document patient messages accurately and deliver them to the appropriate staff
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
