About The Position

CE Medical Group is looking for an experienced Medical Practice Administrator to join our team and provide operational leadership and support to a growing network of interventional pain management clinics throughout Western Washington. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, improving processes, and helping multiple clinics run efficiently. You'll work closely with the CEO, physician owners, and senior leadership while supporting clinic managers and teams across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, practice management, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience managing or supporting multiple clinic locations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in pain management practice is preferred.
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW)
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Comfortable working with physicians, executives, managers, and frontline staff.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • A confident problem solver who can make decisions and keep things moving.
  • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Candidates may be based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
  • Candidates should be comfortable traveling to Washington and spending time onsite with clinic teams when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership and support to Sound Pain Alliance's network of clinics and providers.
  • Partner with the CEO, physician owners, and senior leadership on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Support and mentor clinic and office managers, helping them address challenges and keep their teams running smoothly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, patient experience, and overall clinic performance.
  • Help develop and maintain a positive, accountable, and team-focused work culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and their teams.
  • Assist with hiring, training, performance management, and employee development as needed.
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives from start to finish, keeping things moving and making sure deadlines are met.
  • Jump in when challenges come up and help find practical solutions.
  • Coordinate across departments and locations to keep communication and operations running smoothly.
  • Monitor processes and follow up on areas that need attention.
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Competitive salary: $75,000–$95,000 DOE
