About The Position
Participates in a structured CAMPEP-accredited Medical Physics Residency Program. Under the supervision of board-certified medical physicists, the resident develops clinical competency in medical physics, radiation safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. The residency provides progressive clinical responsibility in a high-volume, multi-site healthcare environment, preparing the resident for independent practice and eligibility for American Board of Radiology (ABR) certification in Medical Physics.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or equivalent.
- Medical Physics or related field from a CAMPEP-accredited program (or equivalent with CAMPEP certificate) Required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in medical physics (diagnostic imaging, nuclear medicine or radiation therapy) through internship, practicum or research Preferred
- CRT-Diagnostic Medical Physics-ABR-American Board of Radiology Upon Hire Preferred
