The Medical Operations Coordinator will perform general proofreading and prepare professional correspondence, including letters, attachments, and reports. This role involves monthly and quarterly reporting to the Directors of Medical Operations and the Medical Operations team, respectively. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation and records in various digital formats, updating assignment changes on SharePoint, and tracking site visit due dates. The coordinator will also manage CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) processes, including tracking, formatting, and distributing updates, as well as maintaining CQI minutes and data spreadsheets. Additionally, this position serves as a primary backup to the practitioner services team, assists with managing dashboards, and helps develop process improvement plans.
